Philip Kennedy, President

He holds a B.A. degree in Social Science from Cleveland State University. For the (10) years previous actually performing demolition, he worked in the Industrial Cleaning, Hazardous Remediation and Asbestos abatement fields in the demolition environment. All of his efforts were pre-demolition and in conjunction with demolition contractors in the Steel and Chemical Industries. Philip’s extensive knowledge of ever changing environmental and safety regulations, his experience in supervising crews, performing remediation and abatement work, accompanied by the time spent working on major demolition projects give him a large experience base to draw upon. Since working exclusively in the demolition industry, Philip’s responsibilities include project management, scheduling, estimating, contract negotiations, project job costing, and health and safety. His reputation as an industry leader in project management has been most recently demonstrated by a project successfully completed for a fortune 50 company requiring over 100,000 effort hours with no lost time injuries.
